You probably have many questions about 3D printing and our company.
Here are some popular questions and answers:
What are the min/max model sizes that can be printed?
The maximum size model we can print is 11.5 x 7.8 x 5.9 in (300 x 200 x 150 mm).
The minimum feature size, such as walls, is 0.6 mm (0.024 inches).
The print resolution is 600 x 600 x 900 dpi.
What materials and colors are available?
Right now we only offer a white material called VeroWhite. It is a photopolymer resin that
has properties similar to plastic. Later this year we plan to offer more color choices.

Can the parts be sanded or painted?
Yes! Printed parts are easily sanded, and nearly any kind of paint can be used on them.
The painting results depend greatly on the surface preparation, of course.
How fast is your quoting system?
We quote each print job manually to ensure maximum quality and minimal costs.
We try to respond to each quote request on the same business day.
How long does it take to print and ship parts?
We try to begin the print job the day the order is placed. Printing small parts takes a few hours
while large parts can take more than 24 hours. It also depends on how busy we are at the time.
So a safe estimate is two business days to print and ship out your parts.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL (.stl), IGES (.iges or igs), Pro/E (.prt), Google SketchUp (.skp),
SolidWorks (.sldprt), and STEP (.step or .stp) files right now.
If you have a different format please email to us and we will try to convert it for you.
How do you handle confidential and proprietary information?
Protecting your valuable designs is one of our top priorities. We work with you to sign
non-disclosure agreements or similar documents that you may require. Simply email us with the details
and we will respond quickly.
Do you have an order minimum?
No, we do not have a minimum order like most RP companies do.
However, there is a $10 setup fee built-in to each order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer PayPal payments (no PayPal account is necessary) but if you need to send a
Purchase Order, please Contact Us when you place your order.
Do you offer 3D scanning services?
Not at this time but perhaps in the future we will offer that.
Do you offer an educational discount for students?
Yes we do! Just let us know right after you request a quote.
