What are the min/max model sizes that can be printed?

The maximum size model we can print is 11.5 x 7.5 x 5.8 in (294 x 192 x 148 mm).
However, we can have much larger parts made for you by our partners.
The minimum feature size, such as walls, is 0.6 mm (0.024 inches).
The print resolution is 600 x 600 x 900 dpi.

What materials and colors are available?

Right now we only offer a popular white material called VeroWhitePlus. It is a photopolymer resin that has properties similar to commercial plastics. Learn more about our PolyJet materials.

What is PolyJet 3D printing?

PolyJet printing is comparable to SLA (stereolithography) rapid prototyping. Learn more.

Can the parts be sanded or painted?

Yes! Printed parts are easily sanded, and nearly any kind of paint can be used on them. The painting results depend greatly on the surface preparation, of course.

How fast is your quoting system?

We quote each print job manually to ensure maximum quality and minimal costs.
We try to respond to each quote request within 2 hours.
*Note: Our automatic quoting system is nearly done. It will quote within 5-10 minutes.

How long does it take to print and ship parts?

We try to begin the print job the day the order is placed! Printing small parts takes a few hours while large parts can take more than 24 hours. It also depends on how busy we are at the time.
So a safe estimate is two business days to print and ship out your parts.

What shipping options are available?

For USA addresses:
- We offer UPS Ground (~$9), 2nd Day Air (~$20), and Next Day Air (~$50).
For international addresses:
- We offer USPS First Class (~$20), Priority Mail (~$40), and UPS Expedited (~$100).
Other shipping options are available upon request.

What file formats do you accept?

We prefer STL (.stl) files, as they are the industry standard for 3D printing. We previously accepted all types of CAD files, but for faster quoting we need STL files.
Learn how to convert your CAD file to STL format.

How do you handle confidential and proprietary information?

Protecting your valuable designs is one of our top priorities. We work with you to sign non-disclosure agreements or similar documents that you may require. Simply email us with the details and we will respond quickly.

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes, it is $45. Many large companies have a $150 minimum or higher.

What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer PayPal payments (no PayPal account is necessary) but if you need to send a Purchase Order you can specify that on the Checkout page.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Italy, Puerto Rico, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. For other countries, just email us if you want your country added to the list.

Do you offer 3D scanning services?

Not at this time but we can refer you to a company that does. Just visit our Contact Us page.

Do you offer an educational discount for students?

Yes we do! Just let us know right after you request a quote.

Do you offer free sample parts?
